About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician to perform janitorial project work during the day. The role offers a flexible schedule and may suit someone already working in the janitorial industry who wants extra income on available days off, or an experienced technician seeking flexible scheduling. Compensation is $22.00 or more per hour, based on experience. Candidates must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Basic interpersonal skills, including the ability to work in public settings and communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to push or pull a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Experience working in large commercial facilities.
• Experience operating professional floor care equipment.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and grout cleaning.
• Clean carpets.
• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.
• Clean windows.
• Perform high dusting and detail cleaning.
