About The Position

ABM is hiring a reliable and experienced Janitorial Cleaner to perform a variety of cleaning duties across assigned facilities and maintain a clean, safe, orderly, and sanitary workplace. The role supports a positive experience for employees, clients, and visitors. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m., at 6675 County Road, Fruitland, NM 87416. The listed pay rate is $15.00 per hour, paid weekly; the specific offer may vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. ABM describes this as a good job for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing floors and surfaces.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are met.
Empty trash and recycling bins and handle waste in accordance with company policies.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to the supervisor.
Assist with setup and cleanup for meetings, events, or special projects as needed.
Follow safety procedures and company protocols related to cleaning and sanitation.
