About The Position

A Cleaner is responsible for basic cleaning of common areas, restrooms, entrances, elevators, walkways, windows, furniture, fixtures, stairs, chairs, tables, telephones, drinking fountains, and other assigned areas or items. Duties include cleaning and sanitizing spaces, restocking restrooms and break rooms, disposing of waste, and sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. The role may also involve responding to flooded areas, incidental spills, and cleanup related to trash and restroom concerns. Multiple shifts are available, with full-time, part-time, and seasonal opportunities.

Requirements

Strong communication skills.
Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
Willingness to work assigned hours.
Ability to perform physical demands including bending, kneeling, carrying, lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

A minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform basic cleaning of assigned areas and items.
Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in all areas.
Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers, buffers, and vacuums.
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to management.
Perform additional duties as required, including attending to flooded areas and incidental spills and cleaning up trash and restroom concerns.
