About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician for daytime project work with flexible hours. The position is suited to someone already working in the janitorial industry who wants to earn additional income on available days off, or to an experienced technician seeking flexible scheduling. The company is looking for reliable candidates with an eye for quality.

Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour and is based on experience. Candidates must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate professional floor care equipment.
• Experience working in large commercial facilities.
• Basic interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with the general public and communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to push or pull at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and grout cleaning, carpet cleaning, floor care (including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing), window cleaning, high dusting, and detail cleaning.
• Operate floor machines, automatic scrubbers, extractors, and specialty cleaning equipment.
