About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician for project-based cleaning work, including weekends and some weeknights. Work hours vary depending on projects. This position is described as a side job to earn extra money and involves a variety of specialized cleaning tasks in large commercial facilities. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour and is based on experience. Candidates must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the U.S.

Requirements

• Experience working in large commercial facilities.
• Experience operating professional floor care equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Ability to operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Basic interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to push or pull at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and grout cleaning.
• Perform carpet cleaning.
• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.
• Clean windows.
• Perform high dusting and detail cleaning.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers and work in public settings.
