About The Position

Lynch Cleaning Contractors, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Work Technician for project-based cleaning work, including weekend work and some nights during the week. Work hours vary depending on projects. The role involves performing specialized cleaning tasks in large commercial facilities and requires reliable, quality-focused work. Compensation starts at $22.00 per hour and is based on experience. Candidates must have their own vehicle and be authorized to work in the United States.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Basic interpersonal and communication skills for working with the public, coworkers, and customers.
• Ability to push or pull at least 30 pounds.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
• Experience working in large commercial facilities.
• Experience operating professional floor care equipment.
• Must have own vehicle.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform tile and grout cleaning.
• Perform carpet cleaning.
• Perform floor care, including stripping, waxing, buffing, and burnishing.
• Clean windows.
• Perform high dusting and detail cleaning.
• Operate floor machines, auto scrubbers, extractors, and specialty equipment.
• Communicate with coworkers and customers and work in the general public.
