Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or workflow/traffic management
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong project coordination, time management, and organisational skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and structuring project information
  • Ability to interpret project briefs and translate them into actionable workflows and task plans
  • Effective collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Adobe Workfront or similar project management tools (such as Asana, Smartsheet, or Monday.com)
  • Familiarity with project scheduling, task dependencies, and workflow management concepts

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual with the ability to speak and write in French and English would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and manage the Adobe Workfront request queue by reviewing incoming project request forms daily
  • Evaluate requests to ensure they are complete, accurate, and aligned with submission guidelines
  • Identify inconsistencies or gaps in submissions and follow up with requesters to clarify scope and requirements
  • Prioritize and triage requests based on urgency, workload, and business needs
  • Convert approved request forms into fully structured Workfront projects by creating tasks, assigning appropriate resources, and establishing realistic timelines
  • Identify risks to timelines and coordinate mitigation strategies
  • Update project schedules as needed based on changes in scope, dependencies, or priorities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for project setup, updates, and adjustments within Workfront
  • Build strong, solutions-oriented relationships with our Regional and National Marketing teams
  • Maintain clear communication with requesters, project owners, and production teams to ensure alignment
  • Develop an understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry, ensuring brand standards are being followed
