About The Position

The Project Manager will drive projects and programs for Spares Operations within the Global Logistics team, from initiation through delivery. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget, contributing to the optimization of Asset Recovery and Spares Inventory Management processes. It builds end-to-end solutions that improve Spares Operations business processes and support critical business strategies, using program management tools, data analysis, stakeholder communications, risk management, and change management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field with 12+ years of experience; or a master’s degree with 8+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of related project management or program management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Advanced analytical skills to interpret and use data for decision support.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Logistics Operations, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing.
• Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
• Strong background utilizing or configuring SAP.

• Use program KPIs and root cause analysis to drive sustained waste elimination and process maturity improvements.
• Manage change for projects and programs and support proper project closure.
