About The Position

The Program/Project Manager will join Lam Research’s Global Quality Team and contribute to achieving its Quality Vision through successful execution of cross-functional quality programs. It also supports Lam’s quality culture by advocating strong problem-solving skills, assessing and auditing active 8D records, coaching record owners toward successful resolution and recurrence prevention across global sites, and collaborating with stakeholders to address cycle-time and audit-score issues. Lam offers a variety of work location models based on role needs. Hybrid arrangements may include On-site Flex, with at least three days per week on-site, or Virtual Flex, with one to two days per week on-site; both models allow remote work for the remainder of the week.
