About The Position

In this position, you will be the linchpin for our operational and digital processes. You are not just a "manager", but a designer and questioner. You will scrutinize existing workflows, outline new, cross-functional processes, and translate the requirements of the business units into clear concepts for our development team.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a management consultancy (consulting) or a comparable role, where you learned to quickly understand complex structures.
  • Strong IT & digital understanding: You don't need to be able to program yourself, but you understand how software works, how data flows, and how digital products are structured.
  • Analytical "questioning spirit": You have the ability to dig deeper, ask the right questions ("Why do we do it this way?"), and sketch processes logically and visually.
  • Cross-functional thinking: You can quickly empathize with the perspective of an occupational physician, a safety officer, and a software developer.
  • Strong communication skills: You confidently and purposefully moderate conflicts or differing priorities between tech and non-tech teams in German.
  • A healthcare or medical background is not a must – your methodological strength and your ability to grasp concepts are more important to us.

Nice To Haves

  • Industry knowledge: Not necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, question, and outline existing and new business processes (e.g., for the integration of on-site appointments and digital services).
  • Act as a communication bridge between occupational medicine, safety at work, and our internal IT/software team.
  • Manage cross-departmental (cross-functional) projects from the initial idea to successful implementation.
  • Support the conception of new, hybrid services and digital products, ensuring that the underlying operational processes run smoothly.
  • Translate business requirements (e.g., medical documentation obligations) into logical user stories or process flows for IT.

Benefits

  • Flexible time models
  • Freedom to work completely remotely from anywhere in Germany
  • Modern, purely digital equipment (hardware & software)
  • Opportunity for active process development and team building
  • Close collaboration with management/founders
  • 30 days of vacation
