About The Position

Jedox is seeking an AI Transformation Lead to define and execute a company-wide AI strategy. This role involves spearheading transformational projects, establishing scalable structures, and delivering quantifiable value through AI across the organization. The AI Transformation Lead will drive AI adoption by identifying high-impact use cases, ensuring AI initiatives translate into tangible business outcomes, and creating reusable AI tools. They will also lead an AI governance forum, operationalize AI into a consistent operating model, and transform workflows by integrating AI. Collaboration with HR and leadership is key for fostering AI literacy and a sustainable "AI-first" mindset. The role also involves defining and tracking impact metrics and ensuring responsible AI adoption by working with legal, security, and data protection teams. The AI Transformation Lead will act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders and collaborate closely with the engineering team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI, digital or productivity transformation with leadership exposure
  • Proven track record of scaling AI or automation initiatives from concept to adoption
  • Strong ability to drive measurable business impact (productivity, efficiency, growth)
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business, tech, and stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of enterprise AI (e.g. LLMs, agents, automation) with a pragmatic mindset
  • Strong focus on execution, adoption, and change management
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent professional English

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a company-wide AI strategy that ensures alignment between business objectives and technological innovation.
  • Spearhead transformational projects, establish scalable structures and deliver quantifiable value through AI across the organisation.
  • Identify and prioritise high-impact AI use cases across the organization to reduce manual work, accelerate knowledge access and improve quality and cycle times.
  • Ensure that AI initiatives translate into tangible outcomes such as productivity gains, cost efficiencies, revenue impact and faster processes.
  • Create reusable AI tools such as agents, prompt libraries, knowledge structures and governance playbooks to enable scalable adoption.
  • Lead an AI governance forum (the 'AI Gremium') to prioritise use cases, allocate resources, and ensure clear ownership, return on investment (ROI), and delivery processes.
  • Turn disparate AI projects into a consistent, scalable and governed operating model with clear standards for lifecycle management and ongoing development.
  • Re-evaluate workflows from start to finish by collaborating with process owners and leaders, ensuring that AI is integrated into processes rather than added on top of current methods.
  • Collaborate with HR and leadership for the fostering of AI literacy, enablement, communication, and behavioural change across the organisation, creating a sustainable "AI-first" mindset.
  • Define and track metrics such as adoption, productivity uplift, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement and business impact.
  • Ensure secure and responsible AI adoption by working closely with legal, security and data protection teams to manage risks such as data leakage, hallucinations, model misuse, prompt injection and compliance.
  • Act as a sparring partner for senior stakeholders and work closely with the engineering team, which is responsible for leading software development and coding-related initiatives.
