About The Position

Hilo by Aktiia is a venture-backed scale-up company focused on transforming cardiovascular health by helping people control high blood pressure. Their technology is the world's only medically accurate, cuffless, continuous blood pressure monitor for daily life, holding CE Marking and FDA clearance. The company operates on a remote-first model with its headquarters in Neuchâtel, Switzerland. This role is a high-impact growth position for a performance marketing expert who will oversee Hilo's paid acquisition engine across Meta, Google, and Amazon, managing a significant annual budget with expected growth. The individual will be responsible for performance outcomes, improving measurement, and maximizing the impact of every euro spent. The ideal candidate will possess strong business judgment, deep channel expertise, and a passion for building AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • Significant experience owning paid acquisition performance in a DTC, subscription, marketplace, consumer internet, or technology business
  • Deep expertise in Meta advertising and strong understanding of Google acquisition channels
  • Experience managing substantial paid marketing budgets
  • Proven ability to scale acquisition channels while improving efficiency
  • Strong commercial and analytical thinking
  • Experience managing external agencies and holding them accountable for results
  • Practical experience using AI tools and workflows to improve marketing performance and productivity
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Nice To Haves

  • Amazon advertising experience
  • Subscription or recurring revenue business experience
  • Experience in healthcare, medtech, pharma, or other regulated industries
  • Experience building incrementality testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with GA4, attribution platforms, Looker, Metabase, and tag management tools

Responsibilities

  • Own acquisition performance across Meta, Google, and Amazon
  • Manage and challenge agency partners to deliver best-in-class outcomes
  • Make investment decisions across channels based on data and business impact
  • Own CPA, CAC, and acquisition efficiency targets
  • Identify new growth opportunities and test emerging channels
  • Develop AI-powered workflows that improve reporting, planning, optimisation, and decision-making
  • Automate repetitive processes wherever possible
  • Continuously improve how the acquisition function operates and scales
  • Build and evolve attribution, measurement, and CAC models
  • Establish frameworks for incrementality testing and experimentation
  • Create clear reporting and decision-making mechanisms for commercial stakeholders
  • Partner with Finance to improve visibility into marketing efficiency and growth economics
  • Work closely with Brand to improve creative performance
  • Partner with Analytics and Tracking teams to strengthen measurement
  • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting, planning, and budget allocation
  • Influence growth decisions across the wider business
