About The Position

Michels Energy Solutions, Inc. (MES) is the general contracting and prime contractor arm of Michels, delivering energy and industrial infrastructure projects across North America. MES provides turnkey project execution, managing construction from planning and procurement through field execution and project closeout. Its areas of work include pipelines, gas distribution systems, compressor and pump stations, industrial facilities, utility infrastructure, and energy-related construction.

The posting describes the position as an Associate Project Manager role. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; 5 or more years of related experience; or an equivalent combination.
• Training in safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to travel for extended durations, commit to long-term onsite projects, and work in outdoor environments.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Experience with natural gas compressors is preferred.
• Experience with Primavera is preferred.
