About The Position

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of mission-critical initiatives supporting national security customers. In this role, you will coordinate technical teams, manage stakeholder engagement, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with mission priorities. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, brings structure to complex efforts, and enjoys working closely with engineers, analysts, and government partners to drive outcomes.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI)
  • Experience managing technical or mission-focused projects in government or national security environments
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary technical teams
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and client-facing communication skills
  • Experience managing schedules, risks, and deliverables across concurrent efforts
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of technical projects across cross-functional teams
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in coordination with stakeholders
  • Manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation
  • Track progress using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting frameworks
  • Coordinate internal staff and external partners to support successful delivery
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using structured change-control practices
  • Prepare and present status updates to leadership and customer stakeholders
  • Maintain strong relationships across government and contractor teams
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, plans, and briefings
