About The Position

We are seeking a Scrum Master to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll serve as a true leader and facilitator for one or more cross-functional agile teams, helping them deliver high-quality, mission-critical solutions efficiently and collaboratively. You’ll guide teams in applying agile principles, fostering continuous improvement, and removing barriers to delivery — all while ensuring alignment with our broader mission and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, and/or business
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach supporting software or engineering teams
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI)

Nice To Haves

• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

• Champion Agile/Scrum values, principles, and practices within the team and organization
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Partner with Product Owners to ensure clear prioritization, backlog refinement, and goal-setting
• Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress
• Track and report on team metrics to drive transparency and continuous improvement
• Coach team members and stakeholders to embrace agile ways of working
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Program Managers to ensure alignment across teams and initiatives
