About The Position

We are seeking a Systems Integrator to join our growing team. In this role, your focus will be on enterprise architecture, mission assurance, and cybersecurity compliance, involving complex 'systems-of-systems' (SoS) integration across various security domains. Serving as the technical lead ensuring that disparate technologies function as a unified, secure, and resilient whole.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and/or Computer Science
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems integration or a related engineering discipline
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture, networking, software-hardware interfaces, and data communication protocols
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI Access (TS/SCI)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with tools such as MATLAB/Simulink, LabVIEW, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or similar
  • Familiarity with systems engineering standards (e.g., INCOSE, ISO/IEC 15288) and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) principles

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain integrated system architectures that meet performance and reliability goals
  • Collaborate with software developers, hardware engineers, and network specialists to ensure compatibility and functionality
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and optimize system performance
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, integration workflows, and configuration baselines
  • Participate in system testing, validation, and verification processes
  • Support deployment activities, including system installation, configuration, and training
  • Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose improvements to existing systems and processes
