Project Manager (MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE)
About The Position
T&H Services, a subsidiary of Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation, is seeking a Project Manager to work at Joint Base Anacostia. The role is responsible for planning and overseeing minor projects and routine requirements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The Project Manager plans and assigns project resources, monitors progress, and keeps stakeholders informed throughout each project. The position defines project scope and objectives, forecasts and manages resources, develops and maintains detailed project schedules and work plans, provides regular stakeholder updates on strategy, adjustments, and progress, and measures performance to identify areas for improvement. An active Secret clearance is required.
Requirements
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
- At least 5 years of project management and related experience.
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or an allowed education and experience substitution.
- Education and experience may be substituted by a master's degree in the specified or related subjects and 3 years of experience.
- Alternatively, no degree may be substituted with 10 years of intensive and progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency levels related to the task and a current PMP certification.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee minor projects and routine requirements to ensure timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Plan and designate project resources.
- Monitor project progress and keep stakeholders informed throughout the project.
- Determine and define project scope and objectives.
- Predict the resources needed to meet objectives and manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
- Adjust plans as needed and measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
