Project Manager (MUST HAVE A SECRET CLEARANCE)
About The Position
The Project Manager plans and oversees minor projects and routine requirements, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. The role defines project scope and objectives, forecasts and manages resources, develops and maintains a detailed schedule and work plan, and provides consistent updates to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress. The Project Manager monitors progress, adjusts plans as needed, and measures project performance to identify areas for improvement. The position is with T&H Services, a subsidiary of Tlingit Haida Tribal Business Corporation, and is located at Joint Base Anacostia. An active Secret clearance is required. The role is full-time and exempt, with a stated annual pay range of $116,000–$129,000.
Requirements
- Must have an active Secret clearance.
- At least 5 years of project management and related experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, or a related field, or an allowed education-and-experience substitution.
- Education and experience may be substituted by a master’s degree in the specified subjects and 3 years of experience.
- Education and experience may be substituted by no degree, 10 years of intensive and progressive experience demonstrating the required proficiency, and a current PMP certification.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
