About The Position

DirectViz Solutions (DVS) is seeking a Project Manager to provide site-level project management for IT services at Aberdeen Proving Ground (APG), Maryland. The role coordinates personnel and mission execution and supports formal IT project planning, execution, risk management, and turnover to operations and maintenance. The position is on-site and requires an active Secret clearance or higher. The Project Manager oversees the planning, establishment, execution, and evaluation of a multifaceted program or project, typically comprising closely related subprograms or activities. The role also oversees fiscal, operational, administrative, and human resources management; seeks and develops outside funding sources; serves as a principal representative and liaison with external constituencies on operational matters; and provides day-to-day technical and professional guidance and leadership as appropriate. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management, enterprise IT, or mission support; alternatively, 7 years of relevant experience with an associate degree.
Demonstrated experience managing enterprise IT programs of comparable scope and complexity for Army or other Department of Defense customers.
Ability to work on-site at Aberdeen Proving Ground during normal duty hours.
Ability to provide or coordinate 24-hour management responsiveness.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage competing operational priorities.
Active Secret clearance or higher.
Ability to maintain focus and awareness throughout scheduled working hours.
Ability to perform tasks involving prolonged sitting or standing at a desk and use of a computer, mouse, and keyboard.
Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 15 pounds as needed.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong command of English.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Ability to quickly learn and retain routine tasks and processes.

Nice To Haves

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
ITIL v4 Foundation certification.
Experience serving as the primary customer interface and managing contract performance, staffing, reporting, and deliverables.
Familiarity with the technical and operational services included in the program scope.
