About The Position

We care about the work we do and give people room to make an impact. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead complex software implementations for our government clients. You will own projects from kickoff through launch, build strong client relationships, and lead cross functional teams through challenging work. This is a role for someone who can bring clarity to complexity, make good decisions, and keep people moving in the same direction.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading software implementation projects
• Experience in consulting or client facing delivery
• Strong project ownership and a track record of delivering results
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
• Comfortable working with both clients and technical teams
• Able to bring structure to ambiguity without creating unnecessary bureaucracy
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable making decisions

Responsibilities
