About The Position

MNP Digital is seeking a Project Manager, Dynamics 365 CRM to lead transformative CRM initiatives for municipal and public sector organizations. This role involves partnering with client stakeholders, consultants, solution architects, developers, and business teams to successfully deliver Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform projects from strategy and planning through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support. The ideal candidate is an experienced consulting Project Manager with a strong understanding of technology delivery, business process transformation, and organizational change management, possessing a proven track record of leading successful Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. They should be comfortable managing executive stakeholders, governance frameworks, project risks, budgets, and cross-functional delivery teams. Experience with municipal or public sector organizations, navigating complex stakeholder environments, and driving adoption of enterprise solutions is highly valued. Requirements

  • 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience leading client-facing consulting engagements.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, attention to detail and facilitation skills.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary technology projects.
  • Proven ability to lead project teams and successfully deliver outcomes in fast-paced environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement projects.
  • Public sector or municipal implementation experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Exceptional Microsoft Project and M365 skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneNote.
  • PMP, Scrum Master, PRINCE2, Prosci, or comparable certifications.
  • Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
  • Experience managing projects with Azure DevOps, or JIRA.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, resources, deliverable approval process, risks, and issues.
  • Facilitate client workshops, governance meetings, and executive steering committees.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Functional Consultants, Solution Architects, Developers, and Change Management resources.
  • Drive project governance, stakeholder engagement, testing, deployment, and user adoption activities.
  • Support business transformation initiatives involving customer service, case management, licensing and permitting, inspections, and citizen services.
