About The Position

The Project Manager will sit within the Global Transformation Office and lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that are critical to the company’s success in 2027 and beyond. The role goes beyond traditional project tracking: it brings structure to ambiguity, connects strategy to execution, influences stakeholders across functions, removes barriers, and drives projects from definition through implementation and measurable results. The position is primarily office-based or home office-based. It involves extended periods of sitting and computer use, occasional walking or light lifting, and may include brief visits to manufacturing areas. Reasonable accommodations will be provided as needed.

Requirements

  • Be practical, structured, collaborative, and action oriented.
  • Be comfortable rolling up your sleeves, challenging assumptions, and helping teams move from discussion to decision and execution.
  • Focus on getting the right things done and delivering measurable business results, rather than simply managing the process.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, cross-functional transformation projects from initiation through implementation.
  • Translate strategic priorities into clear project plans, milestones, deliverables, ownership, and outcomes.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and keep teams aligned around priorities, dependencies, and timelines.
  • Build strong relationships across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Anticipate risks, roadblocks, and resource constraints and drive practical solutions.
  • Facilitate decisions, resolve issues, and escalate when needed to maintain momentum.
  • Provide concise, decision-oriented updates on progress, risks, actions, and outcomes.
  • Manage project resources and budgets as applicable.
  • Keep projects focused on delivering intended business value, rather than simply completing activities.
  • Capture lessons learned and help strengthen PMO practices across the organization.
