Project Manager

The job overview for the Project Manager position at BioSkryb Genomics is to lead and manage projects across all areas of the business, with a focus on introducing new products. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering projects on time and within budget, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting deadlines, and reporting on project progress. They should have extensive project management experience, a track record of bringing new products to market, and knowledge/experience in single cell biology, next-gen sequencing, and/or cancer genomics. • Work with leadership to define project scope and objectives
• Lead a cross-functional team of experts to complete projects that meet deliverables on time and within budget
• Coordinate activities between research and development, production, operations, quality, marketing, data analysis, sales, and business development
• Determine the resources (people, time, money, equipment, etc.) required for a project
• Create a project plan including project milestones, resources, deliverables, and timelines
• Summarize project status for leadership and relevant stakeholders
• Develop relationships with and leverage a diverse group of experts, maintaining an awareness of competing responsibilities
• Identify and monitor project issues and risks; mitigate as appropriate
• Engage and lead external resources when appropriate
• Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project
• Identify opportunities to improve product development and other internal processes and drive their implementation
• Coordinate and lead phase gate reviews

• 3+ years project management and problem-solving experience
• 2+ years relevant experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical/biotech industry
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Extensive project management experience
• Experience in bringing new products to market
• Knowledge and experience in single cell biology, next-gen sequencing, and/or cancer genomics
