About The Position

Red House Design Build is a premier design-build-remodel firm specializing in luxury renovations, additions, custom kitchens and baths, and historic restorations. The Project Developer serves as the key liaison between clients, design, and production teams, guiding homeowners through the high-end design-build process. The role combines strategic planning, project management, and consultative sales to ensure projects transition smoothly from concept to construction. The position involves assessing home improvement opportunities, developing solutions, and overseeing budgets, schedules, and deliverables.

Requirements

5–7+ years of experience in high-end remodeling, residential design or architecture, or luxury sales.
Strong knowledge of pre-construction planning.
Expertise in design-build project management and construction feasibility.
Strong leadership in managing budgets, schedules, and project teams.
Ability to read and approve construction estimates.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Google Suite, and project management software.
A degree or strong background in Architecture, Construction Management, or Business.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the Sandler Sales Methodology.
MA/MBA or PMP.

Responsibilities

Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads to assess their needs and renovation goals.
Guide clients through budget expectations, feasibility, and project planning.
Present and sell high-value luxury home renovation projects.
Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets during pre-construction.
Collaborate with design, production, and estimating teams to support seamless execution.
Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed before construction.
