About The Position
H&H Builders is seeking a reliable, hands-on Carpenter to support residential remodeling projects in the Denver area. This foundational, field-focused position is for someone with carpentry experience who can contribute as a team member and is willing to learn, develop skills, and grow within the company’s systems and processes. The Carpenter works alongside experienced carpenters, project leadership, and trade partners on framing and general carpentry work. The role provides clear direction and support and is not a management position. Requirements
- At least 2 years of residential carpentry experience is preferred.
- Basic understanding of framing and construction methods.
- Hands-on experience sufficient to contribute effectively on a jobsite.
- Willingness to learn, take direction, and grow within the company.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Pride in doing quality work.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities
- Perform residential carpentry and framing work on remodeling projects.
- Assist with layout, framing, and modifications to existing structures.
- Read and follow construction drawings with guidance from lead carpenters or supervisors.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.
- Communicate jobsite needs or issues clearly with the team.
- Support inspections and make adjustments as directed.
- Help with general carpentry tasks as projects progress.
- Follow H&H Builders' systems, processes, and quality expectations.
