Requirements

At least 5 years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
Strong finish carpentry and general carpentry skills.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.

Team-oriented attitude and strong communication skills.
Personal hand tools.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

Experience with light plumbing or electrical work.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled carpentry on residential remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, additions, and whole-home renovations.
Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
Complete framing, finish carpentry, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other detailed finish work.
Work with project managers and fellow team members to keep projects on schedule.
Help maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites.
Troubleshoot field challenges and contribute practical solutions.
Mentor less experienced carpenters and lead by example.
Communicate professionally with homeowners and coworkers throughout each project.
Take ownership of work and contribute to a supportive team culture.
Continue developing skills while helping others succeed.
