Requirements

  • Associate's degree, technical degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience in project coordination, administration, office support, data management, customer service, internships, or related roles.
  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite i.e. Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Copilot.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to facilitate routine meetings, capture meeting notes, document action items, and communicate follow-up requirements.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to learn project management principles and business processes.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Responsibilities

  • Support project teams by maintaining project schedules, documentation, and status reporting.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain project databases and tracking tools.
  • Utilize Microsoft Suite to organize information and support project activities.
  • Coordinate project meetings by scheduling attendees, preparing materials, documenting meeting notes, and distributing action items.
  • Follow up with project contributors to ensure tasks are completed and project milestones remain on track.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and support process improvement initiatives.
