About The Position

Langan is seeking a Project Coordinator to join its team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The role assists with planning, coordinating, and permitting civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects. The coordinator will gain project management experience on projects such as mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential developments, higher education, and federal projects in a continuous learning environment.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent.
• 0–2 years’ experience.
• Current Notary or ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Prior relevant professional experience in project coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical, multitasking, and judgment capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, coordination, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with preparing and submitting engineering documents, including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, applications, and design plans.
• Recommend new approaches and ideas to improve efficiency and services.
• Apply knowledge and techniques related to project scheduling and submittals.
• Collaborate with team members on project tasks and assignments.
• Perform other duties as requested.
