About The Position

Linesight is hiring a site-based Project Coordinator for a project in Atlanta, Georgia. The role supports project and vendor program operations through data analysis, reporting, documentation, contract tracking, and coordination with partners and stakeholders. The coordinator will develop reporting tools and dashboards, validate project data, and communicate trends and predictions to executive leadership. The position is full-time and on-site.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis for a large project.
• Enjoy collecting and interpreting data, analyzing results, and creating automated reports for stakeholder review.
• Experience using statistical tools to interpret data sets, with attention to trends and patterns valuable for diagnostic and predictive analytics.
• Experience working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform analysis, and deliver complex analysis supporting strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate team action items and track their completion.
• Partner with other project coordinators to standardize reporting and capture lessons learned.
• Create templates that help partners understand and apply data analysis results.
• Keep documentation well organized and accessible.
• Manage the annual contract extension matrix and ensure amendments are completed on time.
• Develop dashboards for ongoing operations and reporting, including a live tool for real-time progress reporting, trending, data validation, and regional communications.
• Prepare executive leadership reports communicating trends, patterns, and predictions using program data.
• Ensure imported data is accurate by working with partners to validate and update it as needed.
• Support the development and updating of monthly reporting.
• Support the vendor program, including pipeline, contracts, and onboarding.
