The Project Coordinator supports execution of project-related technical workstreams by translating approved project direction, plans, and priorities into clearly structured and maintained project systems. Working under the direct management and direction of the Enterprise Project Manager, the role configures projects, coordinates tasks and follow-up, tracks progress, maintains documentation, and supports communication among project stakeholders. The position helps ensure that projects are accurately structured from the outset and remain organized and current throughout execution, reducing delays, confusion, and rework. The Project Coordinator supports effective delivery across systems, tools, and development-related work. The role does not have primary responsibility for project strategy, scope, prioritization, project planning, or project-management decisions. Instead, it ensures approved plans are accurately reflected in project systems and that tasks, documentation, information, and follow-up needed for execution are maintained. The role also supports testing, issue tracking, system updates, and release activities, escalating issues that require technical, product, or project-management decisions. The employee is expected to learn the company’s history, mission, vision, and products; maintain familiarity with product changes and project-management best practices; and contribute to departmental goals, process improvement, and personal development.
