Requirements

3-5 years of experience in project coordination or program support
Active Secret security clearance or higher
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Experience with Monday.com or similar project management platforms
Experience supporting federal contracts and IT programs
Working knowledge of contract types, task orders, IDIQs, GWACs, and federal contracting terminology

Responsibilities

Coordinate multiple concurrent projects across federal, state, and commercial contracts, tracking timelines, deliverables, and objectives
Track project-level budgets, spend, and burn rate, flagging variances and funding changes
Track and reconcile customer, subcontractor, and vendor invoices
Track timesheets and labor hours against contract labor categories for T&M and firm fixed price billing
Manage partner, client, and employee correspondence
Build and run meeting agendas, track action items to closure
Maintain deliverable schedules and document version control
Coordinate recruiting activity, including postings, screening, interview scheduling, and candidate tracking
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding, including access and badging for cleared personnel
Contribute past performance write-ups and metrics from contracts you manage
