From coordinating technicians and equipment to managing timelines and troubleshooting unexpected challenges, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate High-Impact Technology Projects
  • Manage scheduling, logistics, and technician assignments for multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ensure all project resources—including equipment, materials, and personnel—are ready and available before installations begin
  • Coordinate nationwide deployments of technology solutions such as kiosks, point-of-sale systems, network equipment, cameras, displays, and other connected devices
  • Work closely with internal teams, field technicians, and stakeholders to keep projects moving forward
  • Keep Projects Running Smoothly
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to customers and stakeholders
  • Identify potential issues before they impact project timelines
  • Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, and unexpected challenges
  • Adjust project plans and coordinate replacements when equipment or personnel become unavailable
  • Own the Details
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and records
  • Track milestones and ensure all project requirements are completed on time
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related questions and escalations
  • Ensure every project is fully prepared and set up for success before technicians arrive onsite
