About The Position

The Project Coordinator is responsible for managing and supporting operational technology assets and user access for field and office teams. This role involves setting up and troubleshooting tablets, phones, and laptops, auditing and maintaining accurate equipment records, managing device inventories, coordinating IT support requests, and ensuring proper equipment handling for terminated employees. The Project Coordinator acts as a critical liaison to ensure seamless technology operations and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Perform initial setup, configuration, and distribution of tablets, mobile phones, and laptops to employees.
  • Provide technical troubleshooting and support to field and office personnel, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Conduct routine audits of equipment assignment forms to verify proper documentation and signatures.
  • Maintain and update comprehensive device inventory logs to track asset distribution and usage.
  • Initiate and track IT support tickets related to user access, email accounts, and technical issues.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the return or reassignment of technology equipment from terminated employees.
  • Act as a liaison between end-users and the IT department, facilitating efficient resolution of technology-related concerns.
  • Continuously monitor processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement and propose recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
