Requirements

  • Associate degree or equivalent; 3 or more years related experience or a combination of education and experience.
  • Must have direct customer support/interface skills and experience.
  • Demonstration of excellent communication with customers and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction from management.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Solid working knowledge of Windows, Excel, Word, SharePoint, TEAMs and Outlook.
  • Experience with database tracking and management systems.
  • Ability to create routine reports.
  • Ability to manage schedules, prioritize and multi-task.
  • Flexibility to work overtime during the work week or weekend as production requires.
  • Requires complete understanding of general and technical aspects of job.

Responsibilities

  • Order processing of inbound and outbound equipment; including physical verification of asset, data entry into multiple databases and systems, and coordination with multiple local and remote Keysight teams.
  • Requesting calibration service and repair quotations from external suppliers.
  • Create shipping documentation and physically move assets up to 20 pounds.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting order status as equipment moves through multiple processes.
  • Requesting purchase orders.
  • Coordinating supplier service at customer facility.
  • Provide customers with service reports and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Interface directly with customers and external suppliers.
  • Determine and develop approaches to administrative services and support assignments and processes.
  • Quality inspection of instruments and documents provided to customer.
