About The Position

Oversees activities and provides support within assigned area. Works closely with the director/manager to plan, implement and facilitate the work activity of the unit to accomplish goals and objectives. Assists the management team with colleague actions including, but not limited to, hiring, discipline and corrective action. Assists with the revenue and expense management within the department. Provides input to policy level direction regarding related standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 3 years related experience in healthcare, leadership, or clinical coordination is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
