Henderson’s Project Coordinator supports Project Managers in organizing and executing projects by coordinating schedules, deliverables, documentation, and communication. The role is not responsible for leading projects, but is expected to develop a project-management mindset and build foundational knowledge of engineering design, construction practices, and project delivery. It serves as an entry point into project management, with increasing independence under a Project Manager’s direction. The coordinator supports project execution, proposal and contract coordination, deliverable tracking, task scheduling, meeting documentation, stakeholder communication, and monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Where applicable, the role also supports program-project fee development, setup, scoping, and client communication. Additional work includes helping communicate and document quality expectations, supporting quality reviews, identifying issues, and assisting with client experience and relationship maintenance. The position requires an associate or bachelor’s degree preferred, four years of relevant experience including two cumulative years of project support experience, and basic understanding of project execution and building design and construction principles. Occasional travel of 10–15% may be required. Salary ranges listed are $80,032–$120,048 for New York and $72,160–$108,240 for Denver.
