About The Position

The job function will be to support projects from a technical, commercial, and timing point of view. We expect this individual to have a solid background of our product, to develop supplementary quotes, update program schedules and be a support contact to the customer.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Ability to comprehend 2-D drawings / 3D Models
Proficient use of AutoCAD (2012 and higher)
Knowledge of mechanical design, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent leadership skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong math skills and understanding of mechanics
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)

Nice To Haves

Willing to work overtime as needed
Willing to travel domestic and international

Responsibilities

Provide the team with deadlines for different stages throughout the project’s lifecycle
Participate in meetings with the project team to answer questions and announce schedule or budget changes
Maintain an open issues list that tracks all the project issues
Support making effective changes when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project
Perform quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected
Support technical evaluation of the scope of supply at order placement
Elaboration of customer time schedules
Analysis of customer inquiries during the program & submittal of supplementary quotes
Coordination of the project involvement of the key persons on both sites
Program review meetings with the customer
Internal job order release in case of a supplementary order through customer
Support cost management of the project with a project cost book
