About The Position

Cloudflare is seeking a proactive, highly organized Project Coordinator for its Professional Services team in Austin, Texas. The coordinator will own a portfolio of small- to medium-sized customer engagements and manage scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle, from kickoff through closeout. The role also supports resource coordination, working with Professional Services managers and project managers to staff engagements appropriately. As a day-to-day point of contact for customers and internal delivery teams, the coordinator will keep stakeholders aligned and help ensure Cloudflare’s cybersecurity and networking solutions are delivered smoothly and meet agreed-upon success criteria. The ideal candidate has experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar delivery role at a SaaS or cloud technology company, and demonstrates initiative, follow-through, and effective cross-team collaboration.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or resource management.
Hands-on experience with PSA tools such as Certinia, Kantata, or similar platforms.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, Google Workspace, and Confluence.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong understanding of project management fundamentals and the ability to manage several concurrent engagements while meeting deadlines.
Understanding of capacity, availability, skills matching, and utilization, with the ability to coordinate staffing across projects.
Clear, professional customer-facing communication skills, including confidence leading customer meetings and managing expectations.
Ability to collaborate across functions, build relationships, and keep multiple teams aligned.
Comfort using AI tools responsibly to optimize workflows and improve productivity.
Proactive, self-starting approach, with initiative, anticipation of needs, and reliable follow-through.

Nice To Haves

Experience in professional services, consulting, or a similar delivery role, ideally in a SaaS or cloud technology environment.
Familiarity with, or eagerness to learn about, networking, security, and Cloudflare products and services.
CAPM, PMP, or Agile certification.
Fluency in more than one language.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of small- to medium-sized Professional Services engagements, managing the full project lifecycle, including kickoffs, status meetings, scope, timelines, budgets, and final deliverables.
Serve as the primary customer-facing point of contact by coordinating meetings, customer reporting, and stakeholder calls, keeping parties informed and aligned.
Partner with leadership to coordinate resource assignments, matching project requirements to team skills and availability while balancing workloads and utilization.
Align internal technical resources, partners, and customers to keep tasks, milestones, and dependencies on track.
Maintain accurate project status updates, financials, and resource forecasts in PSA tools, and proactively manage scope changes.
Track project pipelines and forecast resource demands, identifying talent gaps and bottlenecks to advise leadership on hiring or cross-training.
Use AI tools to streamline status reporting, meeting summaries, and documentation, improving efficiency and portfolio visibility.
