About The Position

Advanced Agrilytics is building a network of candidates for future Project Coordinator opportunities on its Residual Fertility Valuation (RFV) team. Although there may not be an immediate opening, the company anticipates hiring as the RFV business grows.

The RFV Project Coordinator will support collection, organization, and validation of project data, along with reporting and coordination activities. This customer- and external-facing role offers hands-on experience in project coordination in a data-driven environment, with an emphasis on quality, accuracy, and compliance. The position is hybrid, with 2–3 days per week in the Indianapolis office.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in data, operations, project coordination, or analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort working with datasets, systems, or CRM platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Interest in agriculture, agronomy, or regulated programs.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about Residual Fertility (Section 180).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerBI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection and organization for RFV reporting.
• Support client data intake and coordination to help ensure timely and accurate information gathering.
• Communicate with clients and partners to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide organized, responsive project support to help deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Assist with report preparation and summaries.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines.
