About The Position

US Fertility is hiring a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia. The role coordinates and manages fertility patient care, supports patients and their families throughout treatment, communicates physician instructions and laboratory results, and documents care. The position may occasionally require floating to the Virginia Beach location.

The schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with one weekend every eight weeks and one holiday per year required from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The annual compensation range is $78,000 to $83,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

• Current RN license in the state without limitations.
• Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong customer service orientation and responsiveness to requests.
• Commitment to the organization’s mission, values, and continuous improvement.

• BSN.
• IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
• Monitor patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education.
• Communicate physician orders and instructions, as well as laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation.
• Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to patients and their families.
• Document patient care services in patient and department records.
