Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator
About The Position
US Fertility has an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in St. Petersburg, Florida. The role coordinates and manages fertility patient cases and treatment, monitors patients throughout treatment plans, and provides direction and education. It also communicates physician orders and instructions and shares laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. The coordinator provides compassionate support to patients and their families and documents care in patient and department records. The position works collaboratively with physicians and multidisciplinary colleagues in a patient-focused fertility care environment. The stated schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with weekend rotations and holidays.
Requirements
- RN required.
- Current state RN license without limitations required.
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
- Computer proficiency required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong customer service orientation and results orientation; highly responsive to requests.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- IVF/fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
Responsibilities
