Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator
About The Position
US Fertility is hiring a Registered Nurse Fertility Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in St. Petersburg, Florida. The role coordinates and supports fertility patient care, including case management and treatment, monitoring patients throughout treatment plans, providing direction and education, communicating physician orders and laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation, and documenting care in patient and department records. The position works with patients and families in a compassionate environment and collaborates with a multidisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a weekend rotation every four weeks and holidays. Requirements
- Current state RN license without limitations.
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong customer service skills and a results-oriented approach; highly responsive to requests.
Nice To Haves
- BSN preferred.
- IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
Responsibilities
