About The Position

US Fertility is hiring a Fertility RN Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Fair Oaks, Virginia. The role coordinates care for fertility patients, provides education and emotional support, and works with patients and clinical teams to carry out treatment plans based on established protocols. Training is provided for candidates without fertility experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, rotating between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with 3 to 4 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year. After completing training and passing a chart review, the role offers one remote day per week. Compensation is $78,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Hold a valid RN license.
Have at least 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
Have experience working with electronic medical records.
Demonstrate a high level of customer service and be a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health; training will be provided.
Bilingual Spanish skills.
Women's health background or fertility experience.

Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
Provide counseling to patients and couples.
Educate patients about procedures and how to administer injections.
Schedule treatment after initial and follow-up visits.
Coordinate patient treatment plans in conjunction with established clinical protocols.
