Fertility (RN) Nurse Coordinator
About The Position
US Fertility is seeking a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join Reproductive Medicine Associates of New York in Manhattan. The role supports fertility patients through coordination, case management, and treatment, with responsibility for monitoring patients through treatment plans and providing direction and education. The coordinator communicates physician orders and instructions, explains laboratory results, supports patients and their families, and documents care in patient and department records. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with one of four possible start and end times: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, or 10:00 AM–6:30 PM Eastern Time. The role also includes one Saturday-and-Sunday weekend every four to six weeks and two holidays per year. Compensation is $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- Current New York State RN license without limitations required.
- Current New York State Certification (Yellow/diploma-like document) required.
- Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
- BLS and/or ACLS certification.
- Computer proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Strong customer service skills; results-oriented and highly responsive to requests.
Nice To Haves
- BSN or master's degree in nursing preferred.
- IVF/fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
Responsibilities
