About The Position

US Fertility has an immediate opening for a Fertility RN Coordinator at Shady Grove Fertility in Fair Oaks, Virginia. The role coordinates and supports fertility patient care, including counseling, education, treatment scheduling, case management, and coordination of treatment plans under established clinical protocols. The coordinator also provides emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. The schedule is Monday through Friday, rotating between 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, with 3 to 4 weekends and 1 to 2 holidays per year. After completing training and passing a chart review, the position offers one remote day per week. The stated compensation range is $78,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

Valid RN license.
At least 1 year of experience in a clinical RN position.
Experience working with electronic medical records.
High level of customer service.
Ability to work as a self-starter.

Nice To Haves

IVF or fertility experience and a background in women's health.
Bilingual Spanish.

Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients.
