About The Position

US Fertility is hiring a Fertility RN Nurse Coordinator to join Shady Grove Fertility in Norfolk, Virginia. The role supports the coordination, case management, and treatment of fertility patients, helping monitor patients throughout treatment plans and providing direction and education. The coordinator communicates physician orders and instructions and shares laboratory results with appropriate interpretation and explanation. The role also provides compassionate support to patients and their families and documents care in patient and department records. The schedule is Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with one weekend every eight weeks and one holiday per year required from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The coordinator may occasionally float to the Virginia Beach location. Annual compensation is $78,000 to $83,000, commensurate with experience.

Requirements

RN required.
Current state RN license without limitations required.
Ability to manage a caseload of patients.
Computer proficiency required.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team and build and maintain effective working relationships.
Strong customer service orientation, results orientation, and responsiveness to requests.

Nice To Haves

BSN preferred.
IVF/fertility experience and a background in women's health preferred.
