About The Position

This is a future-opportunity role on Advanced Agrilytics’ Residual Fertility Valuation (RFV) team. The Project Coordinator will support the collection, organization, and validation of project data, as well as reporting and coordination activities. This customer- and external-facing role offers hands-on experience in project coordination in a fast-growing, data-driven environment, with a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and compliance. There may not be an immediate opening; interested candidates can join the company’s talent community for consideration as the team grows.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience in data, operations, project coordination, or analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage structured data.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Comfort working with datasets, systems, or CRM platforms.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Interest in agriculture, agronomy, or regulated programs.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn about Residual Fertility (Section 180).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with PowerBI or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Support data collection and organization for RFV reporting.
• Support client data intake and coordination, helping ensure information is gathered accurately and on time.
• Communicate with clients and partners to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide organized and responsive project support to help deliver a high-quality client experience.
• Assist with report preparation and summaries.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with internal teams to track project progress and deadlines.
