This person will support customers, coordinate schedules, manage project details, and help ensure every job is completed accurately, on time, and with a positive overall experience.

Requirements

• Experience in project coordination, customer service, scheduling, or a related role is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and close attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and scheduling or project management systems.
• A proactive, dependable, solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate installations, estimates, and follow-ups with customers, technicians, and designers.
• Serve as a main point of contact for customers by confirming appointments, providing updates, and resolving questions promptly.
• Partner with permitting agencies and internal teams to help ensure projects meet compliance and wind-load requirements.
• Prepare and distribute project-related documents such as permits, waivers, and notices accurately and on time.
• Help manage failed inspections by coordinating next steps and corrective actions.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of schedules, project status, permits, and customer communication.
• Support smooth handoffs between departments to keep projects on track.
