This role provides advanced operational and administrative support for a technical lab and project portfolio environment, ensuring work moves efficiently from intake through execution. The position manages request systems, scheduling, material readiness, documentation, purchasing, inventory, and resource coordination while tracking project status, dashboards, and key metrics to support visibility and throughput across multiple priorities. The role also helps maintain safe, compliant, and well-organized lab operations by supporting EHS expectations, audits, quality and regulatory requirements, and standardized work practices. In addition, it drives continuous improvement, coordinates meetings and follow-up actions, manages SharePoint and knowledge systems, and provides portfolio-level support for travel, vendor coordination, and other business processes to reduce administrative burden on technical teams and improve overall operational effectiveness.
