About The Position

This is a key role that serves as the information expert for the area and the “glue” to keep the team and its programs running smoothly. It offers strong team interaction to assist in team operations and program execution for the CDS team. The role also offers interactions with high-level contacts such as senior leadership, physicians and hospital personnel. This role will report to the VP of Marketing, CDS, and will support a dynamic and high energy team.

Requirements

  • Coordinate all US proctorship requests and inquiries.
  • ICM demo coordination (demo kit tracking, order, creation and shipping).
  • Future CDS roadshow logistics and coordination and growth in target accounts tracking.
  • Coordinating and securing executive presence at all customer programs, implanter trainings, Next Era of EP programs, and conference/congresses.
  • For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.
  • Candidates to possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and for the duration of employment for roles below Principal level.

Responsibilities

  • Manage travel plans, calendars, and submit expense reports for VP Commercial marketing, product director, and senior upstream marketing director.
  • IBP management and oversee monthly PMR process.
  • Create and maintain PowerPoints for QBRs
  • Plan team events to foster a strong team culture and promote inclusion
  • Format and distribute the CDS Commercial Highlights
  • Format and distribute the Global Marketing Updates
  • Format and distribute CDS Threads Weekly US TEL Email
  • Coordinate, schedule, and deliver notes/action items and manage agenda for CDS Marketing Leadership Meetings.
  • Work with CPT and DS admins, pricing and field leadership to schedule the quarter end deal review meetings.
  • Manage purchase orders and invoices
  • Coordinate all US proctorship requests and inquiries.
  • ICM demo coordination (demo kit tracking, order, creation and shipping).
  • Future CDS roadshow logistics and coordination and growth in target accounts tracking.
  • Coordinating and securing executive presence at all customer programs, implanter trainings, Next Era of EP programs, and conference/congresses.
  • Coordinate LINQ Family implant simulator and heart model requests/logistics.
  • Logistics and planning for Tempe Tour Program (innovation LINQ II manufacturing events)
  • Securing inventory/products used in the course
  • Ordering demo product
  • Prepare and organize customer folders, presenters, schedule, and meals
  • All customer programs: format slides and submit for approval in MedReview.
